In an attempt to create a new niche for some of the bountiful chambourcin harvest of 2011, Wolf Gap Willie came up with a new recipe that enhances and balances this delicious wine. The result is a lightly oaked dark red wine laced with a hint of sweetness and blueberry. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Pair with a rack of lamb. Unforgettable.
