Back for a second year in a row, experience Cajun flair and an outdoor culinary show from a pioneer in elevated southern cooking. An outdoorsman and Chef, his food draws directly from the traditions of Southern Cuisine and Louisiana Cooking. With a commitment to sustainable food and new-world techniques, guests are sure to experience a culinary event of the most excellent caliber. Guests can expect summer in the Louisiana Bayou transplanted to the grounds of Veritas.

A photographer/videographer may be present at the event, and by registering, guests consent to be photographed/videographed.

Is the event 21+? Yes. This is an adults-only affair.

What will there be to drink? Wine and sparkling wine are included in ticket prices. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price.
How will you be handling food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Supper Series Chefs will be presenting a set menu, and substitutions will be limited.

Dietary allergies and restrictions are due 72 hours to Veritas Staff. Veritas can accommodate most restrictions: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. If you have any changes or concerns, please email us at contact@veritaswines.com
